Zidisha HR collects and stores the information necessary to operate an HR and payroll system. This includes employee records, payroll and compensation data, leave and attendance records, and administrative data required for human-resource management.

The information collected is used solely for HR, payroll and administrative purposes within your organization — including processing pay, managing leave, and preparing statutory returns. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
3. Data Security
We implement appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of personal and payroll information. Access to sensitive data such as salaries and statutory identifiers is restricted to authorized personnel only.
4. Statutory Reporting
Where required by law, relevant payroll data may be used to generate and file statutory returns such as PAYE, SHIF, NSSF and the Housing Levy with the appropriate Kenyan authorities on behalf of your organization.
5. User Rights
Employees have the right to access and request correction of their personal information held in the system. Requests should be made through your organization's HR administrator or the appropriate administrative channels.
6. Data Retention
We retain employee and payroll information for as long as necessary to fulfill HR and payroll purposes and to comply with legal and tax record-keeping requirements. Historical payroll records may be archived in line with statutory retention periods.

The system uses cookies to maintain secure user sessions and improve the experience. These cookies are used solely for system functionality and do not collect personal information for advertising.
